Grease stains on the picture right behind the couch. You sit on the couch and can see the dust build up around the lamp shade. I’m a Diamond member with Wyndham and used some of my points to book this property to receive a discounted rate since the rates were so high and it was a total waste. Bugs in the light, smears on the glass, the floor was not vacuumed properly, dried up food stains on the wall, and again to top it off the staff had the nerve to be so rude.
As I was saying the room was dirty I received all attitude from the front desk workers (2 older women on 9/30 around 8:30pm) there was 2 other customers complaining they got bed bugs and that there room was dirty also. Asked about the pool/hot tub and she yells across the room “it ain’t ever opening back up” The rooms are so dirty/dusty. No instructions on how to park, restaurants, things to do. It was additional workers having an inappropriate conversation.
“Give me your ID and CC” no greeting at all. The FD worker who checked me in was rude. The FD worker yells “what you want” after I said I have a reservation they let me in. Upon arrival I had to ring the bell to get in.
